Our cupcakes and cakes are made with butter. It is best to store them in the refrigerator in a closed container/box and taken out to room temperature prior to consumption. It can be refrigerated up to 5-7 days and frozen up to 3 months for best flavor/texture/condition.
Our cupcakes and cakes are best eaten at room temperature. Our frosting is made with real butter so it is best to let your cupcakes and cakes sit out for a little bit until the frosting turns soft. Butter at room temperature is easier to spread on bread room temperature and with the same concept, our frosting tastes better when it is soft. Please allow your cupcakes/cakes to sit out for 30-45 minutes from the refrigerator/2 hours from freezer before consumption for best flavor.
Our cupcakes and cakes will not withstand high temperatures and humidity. The decorations with buttercream will withstand about 1-1.5 hours at room temperature and 2-4 hours in an air conditioned room. Please do not leave your cakes in direct sunlight or prolonged period of time outside as it will melt and collapse. Made with butter.
Frozen cupcakes and cakes will "sweat" or condensate when it is taken out of the freezer and placed in room temperature conditions. This is normal as you will see water droplets on the cake and board. The water will eventually evaporate as the cake thaws to room temperature.
To minimize "sweating" or condensation on your cake, it is best to place frozen cake in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
